For more than 2 decades, we’ve welcomed participants and staff from a wide variety of cultures. Most people think of “culture” as a group’s shared language, values, customs, and beliefs. AND it also includes their:

  • Worldviews, ways of communicating, and ways of acquiring knowledge
  • Race and ethnicity, religion, social class, language, disability, sexual orientation, age, and gender identity
  • Geographic region of origin, and the socioeconomic circumstances they were raised in

Our encounters with so many facets of human experience have shaped our trainings profoundly. This has enabled us to create a supportive, accepting environment that is essential for the deep levels of healing we aspire to. You are welcome here.
